The Reception Space

Everything is located on one floor in one space making it simple to enjoy those you love throughout every piece of the day.

The Patio

Our outdoor space offers a lounge area and lawn space for ceremonies and event use. The patio, lounge and outdoor space are all included in your rental.

Why do we need to see the restrooms? Just trust us, you do. It’s one of the many moments at Denizen that allow your guests to feel the love we put into our event space.

The Bar

The bar at Denizen offers craft cocktails, local brews and a selection of wines and champagne for your day. Specialty glassware gives a glamourous feel and adds a touch of surprise to your event. If you’re looking for a completely outdoor event, we can setup an outdoor bar on the patio.

Outdoor Ceremony

Outdoor ceremonies take place on our lawn with a gorgeous cream city brick backdrop. Outdoor ceremonies have a black chair for your guests.

Indoor Ceremony

Indoors, ceremonies take place facing our windows or with one our our white walls as a backdrop. Indoor ceremonies use our exclusive Ghost Chairs.

The Den

Our lower level Den is the perfect space to relax and unwind during your wedding. The Den is included with your wedding rental. Corporate or social events can rent the Den at an hourly rate.

FAQs

  • Yes! There is a lot directly across the street offering over 150 spaces and a path directly to our front door. We also have street parking on either side of Vliet.

  • Yes. Whether it is a planner, catering or decorator, you can always choose your own vendors. They do need to go through a vetting process before officially entering our space. This consists of a few questions and a bit of getting to know each other’s business!

  • Heck yes! Denizen offers a great space for showers, socials and corporate events. We are large enough to host events of 150 guests, but intimate enough that 30 guests fit in the space perfectly. We offer flexible pricing for events under 60 guests.

  • Absolutely. The Den is in our lower level and completely private to you and your wedding party. There are 2 HMU Stations and lounges.

  • We do have a small prep area for caterers. The space provides tables and outlets for warmers and equipment. We do not provide any equipment for the caterers. The prep space has a private entrance.

  • A lot, actually! A venue coordinator is always available and present for your event. During planning, we are always available to answer questions, coordinate your vendors as they arrive and assist you the day of. A 6 month meeting and a 1 month meeting are all included in your rental. The day of, we manage everything so you can enjoy the day.

  • That’s a good question! Our answer is - that depends… Denizen will be here to manage vendors, your timeline, support you with any problem solving that comes up the day of. For clients who want a hands on wedding experience, Denizen’s level of support will be perfect for you. If the thought of wedding planning feels overwhelming and stressful, we can look at some of our favorite planners to help you explore those options!

  • Room rental varies with date, time and season. We have flexible option to accommodate any event. You can expect anywhere from $2,500-$4,000 for a weekend to $500-$1,500 during the week.

    At the bar, our flexibility gives us a wide range of hosting options. You can expect anywhere from $250 to $4,500 at the bar. This varies based on what you host and your guest count.

    When considering average total investment, our average cost for socials and corporate events is approximately $2,500. Our average wedding cost is $6,500. This is heavily influenced by your guest count!
