Things to consider:
Service Styles
Buffets take up lots of space! Guest counts over 100 should consider alternative meals such as outdoor setups (like Flour Girl and Flame) or plated meals. Cocktail events without full seating should have easy to grab and go options like heavy apps, food trucks and grazing tables.
Backdrops, Bands and Large Displays
When planning all of the details, consider placement and your guest count. Things like a band or a large photo backdrop can take up a lot of space. We’re a small but mighty space! We can always utilize the outdoor space for any set up or live entertainment.
